Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank deposits
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Collaborate with CPA for tax preparation and compliance
• Monitor and analyze financial transactions for discrepancies
• Manage payroll processing and maintain payroll records
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders regarding financial matters
• Perform general office duties, including filing and answering phones
• Prepare cash for deposits and manage petty cash
• Ensure all financial data is handled confidentially and professionally
