This full-time position is crucial in maintaining the systems related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, as well as managing payroll through ADP and QuickBooks. The Accounting Specialist will prepare customer invoices and manage billing adjustments and credit collections, ensuring timely customer receipts. Additionally, the role requires assisting with month-end accounting functions and maintaining organized files and financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, particularly in a non-profit setting, and will be proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
