Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone
  • Conducting all aspects of the A/P & A/R process
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Handling account reconciliations
  • Managing cash receipts and reimbursements
  • Preparing trial balances
  • Preparing general ledger and monthly reports for management

Requirements

  • Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks or Onesite Accounting & Leasing & Rents is helpful
