Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Process Bank Deposits
  • Perform Banking and Credit Card Reconciliation & Transactions
  • Handle Payroll
  • Research and dispute inaccurate accounts
  • Ensure billing accuracy
  • Follow up on outstanding accounting issues
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Perform general office and administrative duties
  • Provide administrative support to the President/Owner

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in bookkeeping

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with real estate accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products
