Lumulus Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing monthly financial reports. Additionally, the role includes various administrative duties such as managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. As a Bookkeeper/Administrator, you will utilize QuickBooks to maintain organized financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions. You will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis, which is essential for maintaining the integrity of the company's financial data. The role requires a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. In addition to bookkeeping, you will assist in general office management tasks, which may include answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in general office management tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail effectively.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred; experience with Rippling is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
