The Bookkeeper/Customer Service role at Secure Systems involves managing all aspects of bookkeeping and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
  • Integrate payroll with outside payroll services
  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial statements
  • Handle cash management and credit card processing
  • File sales tax and maintain customer/vendor files
  • Assist with human resource responsibilities including employment setup and benefits management
  • Provide customer service by answering questions and solving problems for customers

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Organized with good follow-up abilities
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Motivated self-starter and fast learner
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
