About the position

CC Restoration, a leading turn-key restoration company based in Colorado Springs since 2016, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Charge Accountant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong proficiency in various accounting tasks, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the company owner and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients. The role requires a proactive approach to managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of all accounting processes. As a Full-Charge Accountant, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the accounting cycle, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. You will prepare essential financial reports such as Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements, conduct bank reconciliations, and manage payroll processing. Additionally, you will assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations. Your role will also involve managing office operations, which includes document scanning and human resources tasks, while providing excellent customer service and clear communication of complex financial data to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks Online, and other relevant software
  • Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • Preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial reports
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and payroll processing
  • Assisting with auditing processes and ensuring data integrity
  • Managing office operations, including document scanning and human resources tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and recommending process improvements
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence and integrity
