The Bookkeeper Manager at MBE CPAs plays a crucial role within the Client Accounting Services (CAS) team, providing essential bookkeeping, payroll, and QuickBooks support to a diverse client base. This position requires a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and related tax regulations to ensure compliance in all financial activities. The Bookkeeper Manager will be responsible for delivering full charge bookkeeping services to multiple clients, utilizing QuickBooks to manage financial records effectively. This includes processing payrolls, which encompasses direct deposits and the generation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements. Additionally, the role involves offering QuickBooks support and consulting, which may include training clients on how to manage their records within the software as needed. In this position, the Bookkeeper Manager will also support clients by catching up on their financial activities throughout the year to facilitate the preparation of tax returns. Managing a book of business is a key responsibility, which includes delegating tasks to other members of the CAS team to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
