We are seeking a Bookkeeper/Member Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting and financial tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This position offers flexibility as it can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's preference. As a Bookkeeper/Member Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, performing account analysis, and assisting with financial software management. You will also support tax preparation activities and execute debits and credits transactions, utilizing your technical accounting skills for accurate financial reporting. Collaboration with the team on various accounting projects and utilizing accounting software for data entry and reporting will also be key components of this role.
