Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing for assigned clients.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain financial records and generate reports.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with QuickBooks proficiency.
• QBO certification required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
