About the position

C2 Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a high level of accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable in accordance with vendor terms.
• Process customer billing in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Process labor for outsourced payroll and record imported journals.
• Record accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly.
• Record transactions from supporting systems.
• Review monthly accruals and record journal entries.
• Verify that all transactions are recorded in the appropriate financial period.
• Prepare financial statements and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Support outside departments with reporting as requested.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
