Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Payroll, Accounts receivable and Payable, Customer Billing, Filing, Answering phones, Ordering supplies.
• Oversee commercial vehicle fleet management.
• Light HR duties: new hire paperwork, insurance claims, vacation/sick tracking.
• Provide great customer service.
• Demonstrate good troubleshooting skills.
• Assist with technical accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in public accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting principles.
• Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.
• Ability to perform account analysis and reconciliation effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Bonus: knowledge of the cabinet industry.
