Responsibilities

  • Accurately handle and process customer credit applications
  • Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
  • Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action when required
  • Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy
  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) efficiently
  • Perform bank reconciliations regularly to maintain financial integrity
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and other bookkeeping tasks
  • Close books at the end of each month, ensuring all financial data is accurate
  • Process payroll and manage QuickBooks for financial management.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Account Reconciliation
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations
  • Proven expertise in Bookkeeping
  • Comfortable with Data Entry tasks
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
  • Experience in handling Payroll
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software
