Responsibilities

• Handling the task of account reconciliation with precision and efficiency.

• Performing data entry tasks, ensuring the correct and timely input of information.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various financial operations and data management.
• Managing the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date.
• Expertly navigating QuickBooks for financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation processes and techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with bank reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Proficient in data entry and record management.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage month-end close procedures efficiently.
• Experience in using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
• Knowledge and understanding of the steel manufacturing industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
