As a Bookkeeper, you will handle the entire bookkeeping process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks. You will oversee and manage the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, performing account reconciliation tasks on a regular basis to ensure accuracy. Conducting bank reconciliations regularly will be part of your responsibilities to ensure all transactions are accounted for and properly posted. You will utilize Microsoft Excel for various data entry tasks and financial reporting, assisting in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will manage payroll functions to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, utilizing QuickBooks for financial management and reporting. It is essential that all financial records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the financial operations within the company.
