We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with proficiency in various financial software and technical accounting skills. This part-time position requires managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Utilize accounting software to track financial transactions
• Perform account reconciliation and maintain general ledger
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Handle day-to-day financial tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• Prior experience in accounting or related field preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and accounting tools
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
• Experience with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Familiarity with technical accounting practices
