About the position

The Bookkeeper position is a full-time role based in Peekskill, NY, focused on maintaining financial records and performing essential bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on customer accounts.
  • Mail outbound payments and perform check drops at the bank.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in accounting or business administration.
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficient in Sage 50 or Quickbooks (double entry system).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office 365.
