Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer credit applications
  • Keep up-to-date and precise records of customer credit
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Handle bank reconciliations and month-end close processes
  • Perform bookkeeping duties with attention to detail
  • Use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
  • Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in account reconciliation is required
  • Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
  • Must be capable of performing bank reconciliations
  • Must have a strong background in bookkeeping
  • Data entry skills are a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Experience in handling Month End Close procedures is necessary
  • Must have experience in managing payroll
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks is necessary
