About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and be proficient in various financial concepts, contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping of several business accounts, A/R and A/P
• Produce Monthly Profit and Loss Statements
• Utilize accounting software and QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records
• Support the team with data entry, filing, and document management
• Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Landscaping or Service Industry Experience
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in QuickBooks
• Familiarity with financial concepts and ability to perform general ledger reconciliation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
