About the position

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a great outsourced bookkeeping firm seeking a bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper should have 5+ years of experience. The Bookkeeper should have experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries. The Bookkeeper should be flexible and have a good personality and be a good communicator. The role is mostly remote; however, some clients do require onsite visits, so the candidate must be in the Denver metro area. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and manage journal entries in the accounting system.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
• Maintain accurate data entry for financial transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
• Demonstrated skills in account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Experience with bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in data entry and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for financial tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage journal entries.
