About the position

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The Bookkeeper will work closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports, ensuring accurate recording of all day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Conduct account reconciliation
• Process payroll and maintain employee records
• Assist with tax preparation and filing
• Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for bookkeeping tasks
• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• Proficiency in public accounting practices
• Strong financial report writing abilities
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
• Understanding of debits and credits
• Experience in bank reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with tax regulations and preparation
• Proficient in using QuickBooks
• Ability to perform accurate account reconciliation
• Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
