Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Manage corporate accounting tasks including financial reporting and analysis.
• Utilize double entry bookkeeping methods to record transactions accurately.
• Track debits and credits to ensure proper financial management.
• Utilize accounting software, particularly Xero, to manage financial data efficiently.
• Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
• Assist with technical accounting tasks as required by management.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation practices and procedures.
• Proficient in payroll processing and related regulations.
• Experience with journal entries and maintaining a general ledger.
• Familiarity with corporate accounting principles and practices.
• Expertise in double entry bookkeeping methods.
