Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial records
• Maintain general ledgers and ensure compliance with relevant financial standards
• Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to input and manage client data
• Generate financial reports to assist clients with tracking income and expenses
• Assist in preparing for tax season by organizing financial information
• Collaborate with accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks and Sage
• Ability to accurately analyze and record financial data
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with market trends and industry practices
• 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
