Responsibilities

  • Perform bookkeeping duties and financial statement preparation/analysis
  • Manage payroll processing, payroll tax returns, and sales tax returns
  • Maintain and update records using QuickBooks
  • Ensure timely and professional client services

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices, tax regulations, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a business office setting, including prolonged sitting and occasional walking
  • Typing and 10-key proficiency is preferred
