Responsibilities

• Inputting client financial information into accounting software - QuickBooks Desktop and Online
• Reconciling client bank accounts and preparing monthly financial statements
• Preparing and issuing client payroll checks
• Preparing and submitting quarterly payroll tax reports
• Assessing and meeting write-up client needs

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
• Write-up/bookkeeping experience (preferred)
• Experience preparing and submitting payroll checks and payroll tax reports (preferred)
• Experience using QuickBooks Desktop and Online (preferred)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in QuickBooks
• Ability to speak Spanish
