About the position

The Bookkeeper position at Consolidated Roofing Systems, Inc. involves working closely with the President and the Company CPA to manage the company's financial records. This role is essential as it will replace a long-standing bookkeeper who is retiring after 47 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a full range of bookkeeping tasks, including payroll and the preparation of weekly and monthly profit and loss statements, while maintaining a positive and energetic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly profit and loss statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Assist in various office procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with the President and CPA on financial matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to file and organize financial documents in English.
