  • Ensure the month-end close process is completed timely and accurately
  • Manage payroll processes and transactions
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting
  • Handle any financial inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
  • Strong Bookkeeping skills
  • Accuracy and speed in Data Entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Month End Close procedures
