About the position

The Bookkeeper position at Unity Investment is a full-time role focused on managing accounting tasks and providing administrative support within a fast-growing executive office environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks, and will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including managing payables and receivables, bank reconciliations, and client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day bookkeeping
  • Communication with CPA
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Administration of office responsibilities
  • Responsible for payables and receivables
  • Working directly with the Principal and management
  • Collections and customer service

Requirements

  • MUST be bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong communication skills and client interaction
  • Knowledge of leases and contracts is a plus
