The role requires a deep understanding of client business models to provide tailored support and advice on best practices in client communication. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. You will guide clients through product changes, prepare and explain billing charges, and process client terminations. Additionally, you will support maintenance, onboarding, and tax teams as needed, contributing to department and team projects.
