About the position

The Integration Engineer at APi Group will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Boomi integration platform, designing and implementing integration solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and data flow across various systems. This role is pivotal in enhancing the company's integration capabilities and driving efficiency through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Boomi integration platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet business requirements and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT professionals to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain integrations between various systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for integration-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Offer expert guidance and best practices to the broader Technical Support team, assisting in critical and time-sensitive situations.
• Partner with development teams to enhance and optimize integration solutions, driving continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance integration capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in integration engineering roles.
• Proficiency in middleware integration tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Informatica.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions on time and within budget.
