About the position

As a Bootfitter at Vail Mountain, you will work in a world-class ski shop, providing guests with ski and snowboard boots and related services. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training, allowing you to develop skills in fitting and selling equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. The role is seasonal, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time hours, and includes various employee benefits such as free ski passes and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Fit guests with the latest ski and snowboard boots, with training provided.
• Provide excellent guest service at one of our ski/snowboard retail shops.
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English.
