We are seeking a self-sufficient and innovative Creative Design and Product Development Specialist who will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs and new product concepts that align with our brand's aesthetic and long-term goals. This is a demanding role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to generate fresh ideas daily. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and executing innovative and visually appealing artwork and graphics for clothing and merchandise. You will ensure that all designs align with the brand's aesthetic and contribute to our unique identity. Staying updated with industry trends will be crucial to create relevant and engaging designs. Additionally, you will conduct research on market trends to identify opportunities for new product development, brainstorm and conceptualize new product ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to market. Utilizing design thinking, you will create strategies that align with the brand's long-term goals. Leading brainstorming sessions and trend analysis will be part of your responsibilities to drive product and design innovations. You will work closely with various teams to implement strategies that drive growth.
