About the position

As a Customer Service Agent at Boston Logan International Airport, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that passengers have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. This part-time position requires you to be available for both weekdays and weekends, as flexibility in scheduling is essential. You will be responsible for greeting passengers upon their arrival and departure, directing them to the appropriate transportation options such as buses, taxis, and car rentals. Additionally, you will assist with lost luggage inquiries in collaboration with the airlines, ensuring that guests feel supported during their travel experience. Your role will also involve meeting and greeting guests, assisting them with airport processes, providing luggage tags, and ensuring that all necessary documents are in order. You will need to be adept at resolving guest concerns or escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as you will be the face of the company, representing our brand standards with a well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette. Working in a diverse environment, you will need to pay attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in English is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
