The Sales and Brand Ambassador role at Dirty Dill is crucial for expanding the brand's market presence in Boston, Massachusetts. This position involves a combination of sales and brand promotion activities, including account management, new business development, and conducting tastings and promotions. The role offers flexibility with options for full-time salaried positions or commission-based compensation, emphasizing performance and effort in transitioning to full-time roles.

Responsibilities

  • Visit on and off-premise accounts weekly to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  • Introduce Dirty Dill products to new accounts each week.
  • Schedule ride-alongs with distributor sales teams to drive sales.
  • Create and execute follow-up plans for new accounts.
  • Complete the Daily Stops Log to track and report daily sales activities.
  • Utilize and update CRM daily and clock in to QuickBooks at each account.
  • Attend weekly meetings with officers and managers to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct at least 2 tastings at liquor stores and 1 bar promotion per month.
  • Work festivals and events, earning $20/hr while representing Dirty Dill.
  • Set up point-of-sale displays at liquor stores to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
