About the position

The Vascular Associate Territory Sales Manager at Boston Scientific is a transitional role designed to prepare candidates for a Sales Consultant position within the Peripheral Interventions Division. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales revenue in a designated territory. The Vascular Associate will collaborate with the Regional Manager and territory consultant to support business growth and execute the company's strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, and problem resolution.
  • Provide procedural support in a competitive environment.
  • Work seamlessly with Sales Consultants to increase their selling time.
  • Take on revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
  • Evaluate business conditions and sales trends with Sales Consultants and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Assist in developing quarterly/annual business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide timely updates to the Regional Manager on ongoing business activities and industry trends.
  • Manage expense and promotional budgets within guidelines.
  • Maintain Sales Rep Assigned Inventory (SRAI) and complete required training.
  • Execute quarterly and off-cycle inventory counts and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Submit required administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Conduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • Documented sales success and proven leadership qualities.
  • Self-starter, solution-oriented, and a team player.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to recognize contributions to the big picture.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented.
