Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of patrons and staff at the establishment
• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse entry to individuals who are underage or intoxicated
• Maintain a visible presence to deter any potential disturbances or illegal activities
• Handle difficult situations or conflicts in a calm and professional manner
• Escort unruly individuals off the premises if necessary
• Collaborate with other security personnel and staff to maintain a safe environment

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Excellent observation and attention to detail
• Physical fitness and the ability to handle potentially confrontational situations
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures
