The Boutique Retail Sales Associate position is a part-time, temporary role focused on providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. The associate will assist customers in selecting products, manage store operations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the boutique. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail and enjoy helping customers, particularly women, find the right products for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Open boutique and prepare the store for the day.
• Close down and tidy/clean the boutique at the end of the day.
• Ring out daily purchases for customers in-store, online, and by phone.
• Manage the front store by greeting customers and keeping the boutique organized throughout the day.
• Package and mail customer orders.
• Utilize retail sales skills to offer customers the best purchase options.
• Connect with customers to build satisfaction and rapport.
• Maintain daily customer orders and follow up with clientele.
• Answer phone inquiries.

Requirements

• 3+ years prior experience in retail sales.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in an intimate setting.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Works well under a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be available on outlined days.
