The Boutique Sales Associate at FOX'S is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment focused on women's fashion. Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to all clients.
• Assist customers in selecting the best fashion items for their needs.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Communicate directly with buyers and the distribution team to share customer feedback and ideas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive store environment.
• Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail customer service environment is preferred.
• Ability to work at least one day during the weekend.
• Must be based in Brooklyn, NY, and local to the Gravesend/Sheepshead Bay area.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
