About the position

HH Science is seeking a Boutique Sales Associate who is passionate about providing exceptional client service and has a proven track record in driving sales. This full-time position involves engaging with customers, recommending skincare and beauty products, and maintaining inventory levels while working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inform them of special offers
• Identify customer needs and recommend skin care and beauty products based on their preferences
• Advise customers on how to take care of their skin and use medical-grade skin care essentials
• Provide excellent sales service
• Maintain inventory levels in store and warehouse
• Communicate and teamwork with co-workers
• Perform light cleaning and other duties as assigned
• Assemble gift sets

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products
• High school diploma; additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to move, transport and lift up to 20 pounds
