We are seeking a passionate and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate at our women's boutique in Palm Harbor, FL. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding outfits, and maintaining the boutique's organization and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will also engage with social media to showcase new arrivals and promotions, contributing to a vibrant shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the perfect outfits and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boutique to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Steam and tag new inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Be comfortable with being photographed and doing reels to showcase new arrivals and promotions.
• Support with inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily boutique operations.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a boutique setting.
• Passion for fashion trends and styling, with a knack for helping customers put together outfits.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
