Responsibilities

  • Introduce and sell exclusive Cheeca products to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Maintain the visual appeal and organization of the gift shop, ensuring Cheeca-exclusive products are prominently displayed.
  • Create attractive displays for new arrivals, seasonal selections, and promotions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory effectively.

Requirements

  • Retail or customer service experience, preferably in a boutique or gift shop setting.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively multitask.
