The Gift Shop Attendant at Cheeca Lodge & Spa plays a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for guests by providing personalized service and showcasing exclusive Cheeca products. This part-time position focuses on customer interaction, sales transactions, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the gift shop, contributing to the overall charm of the resort.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist them in finding the perfect gifts.
• Introduce and sell exclusive Cheeca products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain the visual appeal and organization of the gift shop, ensuring Cheeca-exclusive products are prominently displayed.
• Create attractive displays for new arrivals, seasonal selections, and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory effectively.

Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience, preferably in a boutique or gift shop setting.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively multitask.
• Creative skills for merchandising and display, with a focus on showcasing exclusive products.
• Proficiency in basic math and experience with POS systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA; no sponsorships available.
