About the position

The Bowling Center Attendant will provide assistance to users of the Bowling Center, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. This role involves monitoring activities, enforcing rules, and supporting bowling programs and events, while also maintaining facility cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Bowling Center users and caution bowlers regarding unsafe behaviors.
• Deliver services that support the Phillips 66 Corporate and Facilities and Services strategies.
• Monitor all activities in the Bowling Center to prevent incidents and injuries.
• Enforce all Bowling Center rules and procedures.
• Engage in Bowling Center safety programs, initiatives, and training.
• Inspect facility for any safety issues, deficiencies, and cleanliness.
• Assign bowling lanes, shoes, and score sheets and assist members with reservations.
• Support bowling programs and events, including bowling parties and leagues.
• Record and report Bowling Center metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Flexible work hour availability.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in bowling facility operation preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
