About the position

The Operations Manager & Operations Supervisor at Bowlero in Cape Coral, FL, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bowling center, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of staff members. Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bowling center, including scheduling and planning.
  • Supervise and direct training for all staff members to ensure proficiency in guest service and operational standards.
  • Address center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise to maintain team morale.
  • Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, resolving customer complaints appropriately.
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to develop people effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of POS register systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Valid Driver's License (preferred)
  • Experience in supervising people for at least 2 years.
