The position involves ensuring that athletes participate in the Seasonal FOCA Fundraising event and organizing clinics for youth teams and coaches in the respective sport. The coach will directly supervise squad members during home and away contests, ensuring that all team members are transported by school buses to and from games and practices. Responsibilities also include managing the distribution and collection of athletic equipment, reporting game results to media and the Athletic Director, and assisting with security protocols regarding keys. The coach must be aware of the school's athletic awards policy and assist student-athletes in securing financial aid or college scholarships based on their athletic abilities. Additionally, the coach should have current knowledge of NCAA and NAIA recruiting policies and perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
