Requirements

• Current BPI Building Professional certification
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• OSHA safety certifications
• Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) safety certification
• 3+ years of insulation installation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation teams
• Perform quality control checks on all installations
• Train team members on proper installation techniques
• Ensure compliance with BPI standards

• Conduct pre and post-installation diagnostics
