About the position

The BPRI Process Engineer position is part of the Next Gen Enterprise Transformation organization, focusing on the Business Process Risk Identification (BPRI) program. The role involves developing process maps through collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation of risks and controls associated with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop process understanding through documentation review and collaboration with business and risk partners.
• Facilitate process map walk-through sessions to gather feedback and ensure accurate process maps.
• Utilize written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Complete business process mapping linkages to document risks, controls, and relevant items.
• Understand business processes, risk, and control inventories.
• Apply critical thinking to provide feedback and recommendations on business process design.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience in business process modeling, analysis, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities independently.
• Initiative-taking with the ability to build and manage relationships in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various web-based software applications.
• Working knowledge of process engineering software systems.
• Basic technology knowledge.
• Strong people skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
