About the position
The Brain Injury Assistant Residential Site Manager is responsible for supporting individuals in a residential setting, ensuring the implementation of quality of life plans as outlined in Individual Support Plans. This role involves stepping in for the Site Manager when necessary and participating in various meetings and committees to enhance the living experience of residents.
Responsibilities
- Assume the role of Site Manager in their absence.
- Provide support to individuals in the residence.
- Ensure implementation of all support plans related to quality of life.
- Attend all appropriate meetings, including assigned committees.
- Use a private automobile for transportation of individuals.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
