About the position

The Branch Administrative Specialist at OPC Pest Services in Antioch, IL, is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the branch. Responsibilities

  • Perform all branch administrative support functions.
  • Provide branch metrics and route daily activities to respective functions.
  • Monitor and respond to emails in the branch inbox and tasks/alerts in the CRM system.
  • Use CRM to send out program reminders.
  • Review customer experience metrics and identify learning opportunities.
  • Coordinate team meetings with the Branch Manager and Service Managers.
  • Address customer complaints and recommend corrective services.
  • Maintain low accounts receivable by focusing on early aged A/R and expired credit cards.
  • Participate in scheduling processes and expedite workflow.
  • Recommend procedures to improve branch efficiency.
  • Handle customer phone calls due to call volume overflow.
  • Send sales opportunity calls to the inside sales/call center team.
  • Take escalated calls from customers and solve issues or escalate as needed.
  • Review and complete audits in CRM to create efficiencies.
  • Perform weekly branch balancing and other support duties.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of office support experience.
  • Office management experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence staff to provide high-level customer service.
  • Calm and professional demeanor, especially under stress.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software programs.
  • Ability to learn and navigate telecommunications systems and CRM.
