About the position

As a Branch Banker at PNC, you will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities. This position focuses on engaging customers in sales conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions, ultimately enhancing customer loyalty and driving new revenue. You will work within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network in Houston, TX, and are expected to deliver a differentiated customer experience while managing risk and adhering to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving skills and understanding customer needs.
