About the position

The Branch Banker (MLO) at PNC is responsible for acquiring and deepening customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience by identifying financial solutions that meet their needs, driving customer loyalty, and managing risk in accordance with company policies. The position is based in North Huntingdon, PA, and involves engaging with customers both in-person and through outbound interactions to promote PNC's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through various interactions including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment.
• Participate in branch daily operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in banking or related field.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively.
